PR Paid Forward 2019 Program Overview
PRSA’s community outreach program (formally called PR Boost) has a new look and feel for 2019 as PR Paid Forward. The program is an opportunity for PRSA Colorado members to partner together to lend expertise to nonprofits around the metro area. Nonprofits are asked to submit their most pressing PR/communications challenge, and PR pros will be matched with those organizations to consult on how to tackle those challenges.
New this year, rather than a formal event, the small teams that are paired up by the community outreach committee will be on their own to establish the best time and place to meet to accommodates everyone’s schedules in early October.

“I love this program because there are so many nonprofits doing amazing things in our communities that don’t have access to professional communicators. Whether they need strategic guidance or tactical expertise, I’ve always found it professionally challenging and personally fulfilling.” – Robert Austin, APR, Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Bank
"PR Paid Forward was an incredible opportunity to meet with local nonprofits, learn about the good work they're doing, and provide professional recommendations for ways they can use communications to share the news of their impact and better reach, engage, and grow their audiences." – Michelle Ellis, Ellis Communications Marketing
