With the potential end in sight, it’s important to keep your team motivated – whether that’s your employees, partners or even clients. Kick off 2021 by joining us to speak with experts in internal relations, human resources and life coaching about how we keep the motivation in 2021.

    Theressa Dulaney


    Theressa Dulaney is an accomplished communications executive who makes a difference for individuals, teams, organizations and communities. Currently Vice President of Internal Communications for Comcast’s West Division, Theressa leads a team of experts who bring innovative ideas for changing hearts and minds through communications. By taking out jargon and creating visual communications that make understanding easier, she and her team help employees understand business strategy and help leaders motivate their teams. 

    She was honored as a 40 under 40 by Multichannel news and the Portland Business Journal, and has worked in Internal Communications, Public Relations and Community Investment. She’s a 17-year Comcast veteran, and previously worked for the Portland Trail Blazers and an advertising agency in Portland, Oregon.

     

    Kim Brady, M.A.

    Kim Brady, M.A. is the founder and business coach behind Kim Brady Business Coaching (www.kimbradybusinesscoaching.com). Her areas of expertise are small business start-ups, mindset training, team building, and leadership development. Her training and background include: Counseling-marriage and family therapy specializing in severe child abuse and mental health issues and the families associated; Athletics-she is a former Division 1 scholarship athlete at Cal Berkeley and has coached competitive youth soccer for 14 years; Sales-Kim has been a outside sales consultant for several regional and national companies including automotive sales, higher education recruiting, and payroll and business consulting for small business owners; and Entrepreneurship-she is the founder and former president of Little Bit Cleaning LLC® located in Denver, CO which she successfully sold in 2020 after 10 years of ownership. She currently works as a business and life coach helping small business entrepreneurs, former athletes, and clients with mindset training, organizational development, and team building.

     

    Alicia V. Nieva-Woodgate

    Alicia V. Nieva-Woodgate joined USA Technologies in 2020 as Vice President of Corporate Communications and IR, overseeing PR, IR, Internal Communications, and Social. Previously she was Head of Corporate Communications at Western Union. Prior to her role at Western Union, she was Managing Director at ANW Networks  Companies she’s represented over the years include USA Technologies, Dell, GlobalLogic and Method, Relation Insurance, Nummo and Xoom. She was also the Director of Corporate Communications at Mediabolic and Opsware. Ms. Nieva-Woodgate began her PR career at the US headquarters for Crosby Securities, Inc., a Hong Kong-based investment bank, as Manager of Media Relations and Marketing for North America. She has also held Board positions with the Commonwealth Club of California’s INFORUM, the Society for New Communications Research (SNCR), The Social Media Club of Denver, The CityKids Foundation, Citymeals-on-Wheels Young Professional’s Alliance, and PRSA Silicon Valley.

     

    Kim Osoba

    Kim Osoba’s career spans all human resources disciplines and has been driven by her curiosity in re-imagining HR practices that will attract, inspire and reward - and ultimately propel a business forward. She has been at the intersection of technology and talent strategy throughout her career and has served as a trusted advisor to advise on how HR teams can best serve and engage with their employees in an increasingly digital world. Kim is currently the Global Director of Talent for Cherwell software and previously held various positions in Human Capital leadership at Deloitte, Accenture, Optiv and Time Warner Telecom.
