Former White House press secretary Dana Perino on crafting and communicating key messages

Dana Perino, chief issues counselor at Burson-Marsteller in Washington, D.C., has become an expert in crafting and communicating key messages. As the second female press secretary is U.S. history and one of the most widely respected members of President Bush's senior staff cabinet, Perino joined Burson-Marsteller last April. She began her career as a television journalist and PR professional before entering the political arena.
